SHAMROCK SHAKE
1 whole avocado
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup Sunwarrior Protein powder
1 TBSP coconut oil or butter
1 cup crushed ice
2-4 TBP cane sugar (or sweetener of choice)
1/4 tsp mint extract or about 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves
I have seen a recipe similar to this on several sites and had to give it a whirl. We froze the leftovers to make mint Popsicles. So yummy!
